Rpf Digital Backdrop

The Regional Pollution Forum is a high-level platform, convened by the Global Alliance on Health and Pollution (GAHP) to strengthen regional cooperation on pollution and health in Southeast Asia.

The Forum brings together policymakers, technical experts, civil society, academia, development partners, and international organisations to address shared and transboundary pollution challenges, with a focus on translating evidence and dialogue into practical action.

The Regional Pollution Forum is convened by the Global Alliance on Health and Pollution (GAHP) in collaboration with regional partners and is funded by UK International Development from the UK government through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).

Taking place from 1 to 3 March 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Forum brings together policymakers, technical experts, civil society, academia, and development partners to address shared and transboundary challenges related to air quality, waste management, plastic pollution, and chemicals management. Through structured dialogue and knowledge exchange, the Forum aims to highlight common challenges, share successful approaches, promote practical solutions aligned with national priorities, and support countries in moving from analysis to implementation, while encouraging innovation, inclusive participation, and sustained regional collaboration beyond the event.
